With over 15 years of specialized experience in large-scale event finance and operations, Dana's unique blend of strategic precision and creative leadership drives the core mission of STN Collective.

As President of STN COLLECTIVE, Scotty Nichols brings over two decades of elite production and media expertise, having executed more than 5,000 events throughout his career. In 1999, he founded allphases, a premier agency that produced major national activations like the Cuervo Games, Chive Fest, and the 2008 DNC in Denver. Following the company's acquisition by Townsquare Media Group in 2015, Scotty stepped in as Vice President, directing massive music festivals and spearheading high-profile brand partnerships with global giants like HBO, Comedy Central, and Toyota. Today, he guides STN COLLECTIVE with unmatched operational insight and a proven record of large-scale success.
