THE CHALLENGE

Bohemian Foundation needed help growing Bohemian Nights @ New West Fest, a massive, multi-stage community festival that seamlessly blended civic pride, large-scale live music, and diverse vendor marketplaces. The goal was to transform Downtown Fort Collins into a high-energy, three-day cultural destination, executing a fully turnkey production year after year that could safely and efficiently accommodate more than 100,000++ annual attendees.

THE SOLUTION

STN COLLECTIVE became the festival’s production and operational leadership for over 10 years, building an incredibly integrated downtown footprint featuring seven music stages and hosting nearly 100 artists. STN COLLECTIVE delivered a comprehensive turnkey solution by managing production, artist technical advances, venue operations, staffing, and logistics, while seamlessly integrating more than 100 food and craft vendors to create a cohesive, smoothly executed, and high-impact festival experience.
